I’m neither a coach or athlete, rather a youth-challenged woman with disabilities and I’m going to use this book as I can to better my own condition. Great illustrations, very easy to follow.

I cannot say enough about this book. It is detailed to primary and secondary muscles in use with particular exercises as well as progressions from low level to high level challenges. The amount of information in this book is boundless and very applicable to sport/exercise settings. It will stand as a valuable resource I’ll use for progressions in exercises such as jumping, sprinting, and so on. Recommend highly!

Better than I expected. It has more than just diagrams of various exercises. The book starts with explaining plyometric principals, and then moves on to how to design and implement a program. Finally it has diagrams of how to perform a multitude of exercises and which muscles are used. This is a very complete guide and a valuable resource.

To me this is the missing link in the Plyometric Puzzle.
Finally I get to program plyometrics in an progressive, safe and sound way without having to pick my brains apart.
    Strongly recommended!

If you are someone new to plyometric and training with online program or without a personal coach, this is a good book because it tells you what muscles are involved and the proper steps or cue to perform the movement.
