    This book is AWESOME! I love the pictures and the explanations given. Great aid to any lifter/athlete to aid in mobility and aid in coming back to the sport after an injury. After my shoulder injury (rotator cuff), using the book in conjunction with my physical therapy exercises, I have been able to get back to where I was before.

    This book is an amazing resource. It is written in such an easy to understand way. I love the subtle reminders of what various parts of the anatomy are throughout the book. It saves me from having to go back to the original definition. You can tell Dr. Aaron Horschig was trying very hard to write this for the average person. I cannot recommend this enough.
