This course was incredible!!! I’ve now been enrolled in 2 different comprehensive training programs, one of which being Basi and I must admit I was very disappointed at the lack of anatomy we get through both curriculums I’ve began. This course is not only a 10/10 for knowledge and a simple easy way to learn by addressing all the adult learning theories but your tidbits on how to remember things are game changing!!! I would recommend to anyone who is a pilates teacher or beginning their training toward becoming one! BEST investment

    Exactly What I Needed!

I really wish I had done Basic Anatomy for Pilates Instructors by Holly Furgason first! It was exactly what I was looking for—clear, practical, and full of the essential information I needed as a Pilates instructor.

After doing a different (and more expensive) course that didn’t quite hit the mark, this one felt like a breath of fresh air. It was affordable, easy to follow, and covered all the basics without overcomplicating things.

Highly recommend this course for anyone starting out or wanting a solid refresher in anatomy related to Pilates. Great value for money!

I’ve taken many Pilates certifications, but this is the FIRST course that truly explained anatomy in a way I can apply instantly.”
As an instructor, I struggled with understanding which muscles were actually working during Pilates exercises. This course maps everything clearly — from the spine to the hips to the deep core.
It was easy to follow, beginner-friendly, and extremely practical. I now teach with more confidence and better cues.
